To cover a lenght up to 40 meters Mavi recommends the use of VICAL-T (ask for leaflet via e-mail mavico@mavi.com.br) or REVITRAN natural frequency conveyors. The VICAL-T are build with total conveying lenght up to 8.000 mm and REVITRAN from 3.000 to 40.000 mm. The output can be adjusted to a maximum of 500 m3/h and both types allow flow adjustments from 0 to maximum.

Vibratory conveyors may perform other tasks along the conveying itself, for example screening sections may be supplied, drying sections, cooling sections, ventilated pans for the fluidizing of granulars etc.

They can be totally enclosed or open, with or without abrasion resistant linings or natural rubber linings. Vibratory conveyors replace many different conveyors with simplicity and easy operation, along with significant maintenance costs reduction. The absence of moving or rotating parts in contact with the material stream is determining.
