For the continuous expansion of their products line and increasing outputs, an important Brazilian manufacturer of refractory material ( used for furnace and oven linings) has granted Mavi a contract regarding the assembly and delivery of 44 gearmotor driven Romav rotary valves.

The choice was made as this customer has a long experience with Romav rotary valves and their reliability as well as the use of SEW gearmotors, a symbol of quality.

The 205 mm wide Romav eight chambers rotary valves are build in GGG 30 nodular cast iron and have steel rotors with special polyurethane scraping blades. A 25 rpm gearmotor allows a constant flow of material with no clogging or material build-ups.
