São José sugar works starts operation of another Vibrapen for 55 tonnes per hour, all stainless steel sugar screener

For the 2004/2005 sugar cane crop Mavi has delivered another Vibrapen 1400 x 4500 mm 55 tonnes per hour sugar screener, fully made of stainless steel to the São José sugar works in São Paulo , Brazil. The screener is equipped with special no-blinding screen cloth in order to avoid frequent cleaning operations due to constant clogging with critical grains (size of grain similar to mesh opening).

The Vibrapen screeners have become a standard to the Latin American sugar industry (one of the world´s largest) and are in use in over 50 major sugar works.
