This February 2018 the final preparation and start-up of a new shake-out line for a major Brazilian automotive foundry took place.

The 12.000 mm in lenght shake-out line Vigrel type, 2.000 mm wide, driven by sturdy 2 x WA-3000 (designed for 60.000 hours bearing life) will go into service in the next days.

The customer has already 3 other Mavi natural frequency shake-out and cooling lines, but this time the choice was for heavy direct-drive equipment, as seen in other major Latin American foundries due to very heavy castings.
