In modern foundries, right after the blasting machines, sometimes, it is necessary to tumble and turn the castings in order to remove excess steel shot accumulating on the casting´s surface.

Since 1980 Mavi has developed a set of vibratory conveyors which gently tumble the castings, by means of an internal "step", adjusted to the size of the castings.

This way the material is cleaned from excess shot and may undergo further operations like inspection and shipping.
