Sometimes residual corn seeds travels along with the cobs after processing. Together with the world largest seed processor, Mavi developed special Velopen screens to help recover residual corn.

Strong vibration up to 10 mm stroke and higher frequency of  30 Hz are the solution, with a specially slotted screen deck.

The first three units replacing older and slower equipment are now performing ahead of expectations.
