Supply chain, delays, strikes and pandemics.

This beginning of 2022 brings us the surprises that, strictly speaking, we imagined would no longer occur...

In the global issue with supplies, shipments, deliveries, absenteeism and lack of essential components, here in the company we also have the problems, on a smaller scale, that the planet is going through. Allied to strikes and extensions in the public sector, in imports, mainly, to additionally interrupt the flow of materials.

A single component, sometimes a tiny missing electronic part, lengthens a delivery time by weeks. Sometimes months.

Material delivered to shipping companies, as is currently the case with an important order from Argentina, stored for 60 days in the port of Santos, with no ships available.

Cruel absenteeism with our dear collaborators, suffering at this moment with what they call "flurona". This mysterious flu that knocks so many down, for days bedridden and in long consultations in ultra-charged outpatient clinics.

Anyway, 2022 starts with a certain load of less encouraging news. Mavi and her collaborators in total effort to meet deadlines, but relying heavily on third parties.

However, we sincerely apologize for any occasional delays. Some topics, however, cannot be rearranged in view of public health issues, disruption of supply chains, transportation and even meteorological issues.

Deliveries from imported components so extended, certifying Brazilian made items to meet customers demand.
Mechanics to finalize the equipment sick at home, delays and more delays. Average 2 weeks not unusual.
Imported electronics, integrated circuits from China, not availabe. A hunting starts all over the planet, terrible prices from resellers. Delays.
Customer unable to send purchase order for retrofitting older drives because department with many sick operators.
Technical data identification tags not delivered, supplied has material delivery problemas.
After a long wait, finally outside prepared steel components arrive for larger order.
Wear plates finally arrived, 2 weeks late.
Slowly moving on, hopefuly ending this 2 weeks average delay... hopefuly.
