Urban stress is not unusual among the people of São Paulo, a 12 million city, Brazil´s largest, but our co-worker, Valter, has managed to escape the consequences by choosing a really radical sport.

Mud-racing, with specially equipped jeeps and buggies are his weekend fun, leaving the stress behind, an intelligent way to divert thoughts to less demanding questions.

Congratulations to him for this fine way of reducing the "urban load".
