MAN-Ferrostaal feeders and screeners contract, first steps concluded.

For the new CST (Arcelor) blast furnace at its site in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil, Mavi is manufacturing a set of screeners and feeders for the so-called "stock house".

All drawings have been completed under survey of Ferrostaal Belo Horizonte and Germany and the complete set of electromechanical drives are ready for inspection since 26.12.2004.

Mavi is scheduling the manufacturing of the heavy equipment starting February 2005 with good chances of an early shipping.

1 The completed electromechanical vibrators awaiting inspection. 67 heavy drives have been completed in record time.

2 Machining parts for the E-4600 electromechanical vibratory cells. All parts have been purchased and are in production.

3 The E-4600 cells after undergoing metalurgical treatment and painting, awaiting to be moved to the machining shop.

4 Drawings have all been finished, awaiting the approval of minor details by Ferrostaal.

5 Mavi´s sales manager and part-time contract coordinator Mr. Iaconelli instructing Miss Carol about project details before detailed construction drawings are started.
