Mavi has recently developed a low-cost all purpose standard screener, with multiple adjustment possibilities, suited for low-cost screening applications all over Latin America.

These screeners are low-weight and easly adjustable in inclination and vibratory force, so many different types of bulk materials can be separated on them.

The drive is a single vibratory motor, which can be placed on top or for a smoother movement at the back of the screener.

Simple coil springs carry out a reasonable isolation of vibrations. A standard execution has two screening decks and sizes are from 600 x 2000 mm up to 1200 x 4000 mm. With this equipment Mavi has a simple option for a reliable and adjustable screening machine.
