Petroflex , a large Brazilian company producing synthetic rubber, has recently purchased a Revitran dryer and cooler for rubber crumbs.

The unit is 500 mm large and 8.000 mm long. The cooling and drying media is ambient air, which fluidizes the material stream , processing it while conveying.

The unit consists of a ressonant vibratory conveyor of natural frequency action, a small and economic 7.5 HP three phase motor, 4 small blowers to inject the required amount of air and a hood to allow the exaustion of moisture and warm air.
