In October 2005 Mavi has achieved its ISO 9001:2000 certification after a 13 month preparation time.

The process efficiently conducted by Mech Eng Ricardo Chiodo and his staff from Mavi and also the help of Prado Ltda. certification consultants was concluded with the British Standards Institution BSI Brazil branch recommendation for certification with Inmetro, Brazil. under ref. nr. MAVI-0047207625-000.
