In October 2005, Metso Brazil has received a set of 4 heavy duty vibratory feeders from Mavi.

One of them is the largest mechanical vibratory feeder ever built by Mavi in Latin America, a 2.100 mm x 2.700 mm for a max output of 1.000 m3/h, driven by a 30 kW eccentric drive.

To avoid abrasion problems all feeders have been equipped with special linings from Eutectic, CDP type, hard weld on plates.
