Since 1961 Vallourec-Mannesmann, a traditional large tubes supplier, is a Mavi customer. In September 2006 a set of 13 Elmavi electromagnetic vibratory feeders for their steel works has been delivered.

Vallourec-Mannesmann operates over 400 Mavi vibratory machines in their Brazilian plants, processing all kinds of raw materials including charcoal, sands, limestone and many others.

The Elmavi vibratory feeders are a standard among steel works in Brazil and Latin America, with over 2.000 units in operation.

Their main advantage is the total flow control by electronics, allowing these feeders to be ideal when charging scales or other sensitive equipment..
