Grated coconut is a must in modern cooking, salty or sweet and an important ingredient in Brazilian culinary tradition. Brazil is one of the world´s largest coconut producers, including the grated nut, the milk, fats, etc.

Before packing under extremely controlled conditions, Ducoco decided that the grated coconut should be sifted one last time to remove any large material in the flow feeding tha packing machines.
