Since 1974 Mavi has been producing many different types of bulk material handling gates, for silos, deposits and bins. Many executions are available, pneumatic, motor or hand driven units are now in operation all over Latin America.

The Mavi GATEC® gates are now a standard for many bulk materials handling companies like the steel manufacturing industry, foundries, fertilizers, agricultural products and many others. All GATEC® gates are build from steel or special alloys if required, and have special low friction maintenance free rollers to reduce to a minimum the power needed to close the valves against the material stream.

Special internal linings like polyethilene (high density) are available, stainless steel, food grade finishing and many other options. Electronic controllers for remote opening or closing are also part of the Mavi GATEC® gates technology.
