São João sugarworks with two new Vibrapen screeners from Mavi in operation

São João sugarworks in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, harvesting some 40.000 hectars of sugar cane each crop, is expanding its ethanol and sugar production.

Therefore Mavi Vibrapen screeners for a total of 100 t/h sugar have been recently installed, for the 2007/2008 crop.

The Vibrapen screeners tend to be the standard screener for cristalyzed in Latin America and Africa with over 150 units in operation.

1 The Vibrapen screener, made of stainless steel AISI 304, special counterbalancing vibrations isolation frame and the newly improved rotation direction safety device is becoming the standard sugar screener. 1400 mm wide and 4.500 mm long.
2 One electric connection for both motovibrators ensure no same direction rotation is to hamper the machine´s performance. A needed safety device now standard feature in Vibrapen equipment.
