A very large paper producer in southern Brazil has recently purchased a Revitran conveyor from Mavi, with a vast storage bunker on top of it, to feed the main belt conveyor.

The Revitran units are the ideal equipment for this kind of operation as their gentle vibration with larger stroke allows a smooth material conveying, but strong enough to move even the lighter chips, which sometimes refuse to be moved with normal vibratory stroke and frequency.

This 2000 x 6000 mm unit has been approved by the buyer as the best main-belt feeder ever purchased with minimum downtime or maintenance.
