Large Revitran screener-conveyors for limestone shipped to Brazilian mining company.

In July 2007, a set of three special Revitran screener-conveyors build by Mavi were shipped to Unical Mining .

These counterbalanced screeners and conveyors are an easy way to classify and simultaneously transport the crushed limestone to different silos.

The complete screening and conveying "lane" is 34.400 mm long (112 feet), feeding three large limestone silos.

The counterbalancing is a must as the installation happens some 15 metres above the ground and vibration isolation is an important way to protect the overall silos structure.

This is Unical´s second limestone Revitran installation and some improvements like the counterbalancing frame and controllable conveying speed by means of frequency inverters included.
