In October 2007, the first group of Mavi managers has finished the Leadership Enhancement Program and the final test was a joint boating experience.

Introduced by German companies in the 1920´, the leadership enhacement with sailing boats has been greatly developed since.

Then a semi-militarized entreprise today´s program is a set of many group conversations conducted by a consultant seeking the best results for the leader as well as those led.

A better professional life for all in a company, even for smaller businesses.

The final event is held aboard a specially chartered 40 ` sailboat, where command chain, objectiveness, skill, performance and social togetherness are put to test.

No doubt the Mavi group managed the final test without any problems, it was a real joy.
