Mavi´s larger screeners, becoming a trend in the steel, raw sugar and mining industry

The Velopen screeners from 1400 x 4000 mm and up are slowly drawing attention from screen operators all over Latin America.

The linear drive allows smaller installation heights, stronger acceleration, easier drive replacement and better positioning for adjustments. The screen cloth replacement is also easier and faster, due to simpler mats removal.

All in all the Velopen screeners of larger size since 1998 are becoming a recognizable standard among steel producers and mining companies.

The E-Series drives with standard squirrel cage electric motors are build for at least 60.000 hours running time, no maintenance lubrication excluded. All types of screen cloth might be used from strong slotted rubber panels through polyurthane screens or the regular stell-woven cloth. Perforated plates of steel are also available depending on the application required.
