Large counter-balanced Revitran conveyor delivered. In fact largest ever.

Alto Alegre purchased this 1.500 x 15.000 mm counter-balanced natural frequency conveyor from Mavi for its new plant in the State of Paraná. The modular equipment in one year from now wil be extended to 25.000 mm, the largest ever for sugar. The drive and controlling systems are already dimensioned for the longer unit.

The heavy isolating frame for its simplicity is nowadays a must among many foundries and sugar plants throughout Latin America.

Sophisticated isolating systems unfortunately regarding a lot more of expensive springs and other gadgets were rejected by the maintenance teams, mainly because the heavy systems are easier to adjust, keep and perform the overall maintenance with less parts involved.

The computer calculated counter-balancing frame is a must were sugar producing equipment or sensitive foundry installations must be kept free from disturbing vibrations. Running in many plants all over Latin America, Africa, Japan and the Caribbean Mavi ´s Revitran conveyors are the choice for high sugar plant performance with less maintenance.
