Velopen coal screener for Vale - Onça Puma nickel ore project in Northern Brazil.

Velopen vibratory cell drive screeners are becoming quite usual among miners in Brazil. The simple maintenance and drive replacement is a must.

Vale is Brazil´s largest miner and one of the leaders worldwide. For its new Onça-Puma nickel ore project in Northern Brazil the coal screener was elected to be from Mavi. Reliability and simple maintenance, as well as a fast screen-cloth replacement were the basic requirements.

Some strong references regarding coal and coke screening helped too. This machine will handle aprox. 75 t/h of coal to be screened on 1600 x 4400 mm 6,35 and 25 mm decks. The 60.000 hours cells are becoming a national preference for heavy vibratory drives.
