Large screeners for phosphate ore, Velopen type, sold to Peru

Mavi has sold to an important Peruvian contractor a set of two giant vibratory screen sizers, 2.800 mm x 6.500 mm, driven by two eccentric cells type E-4600, powered by one 50 HP motor.

The double deckers are to be delivered until the end of 2009 and the final customer, Brazilian based Vale has chosen Mavi for its proven good results in the mining equipment field.

The huge machines will be double-deckers for up to 700 t/h material stream.

1 Mavi´s large screeners for minerals like coal, coke, iron-ore , phosphate rock/wash ore nickel-ore are becoming substantial part of equipment for Latin-American mining.
2 Pre-scalper for coal/coke, 3.000 x 7.500 mm
3 A similar unit as those for Peru during final tests.
4 A three deck screener for raw coal, final assembly., 1.800 mm x 4.400, 30 HP drive.
5 But also down to tiny 500 x 1.200 mm all stainless steel milk powder control screener, with Mavi´s ultrafinish, all welds continuos, IP-66 Vimot vibratory drives.
