Away to Peru

For an important customer in Peru, Mavi has delivered in various shippings large screeners for phosphate ore slurry, the largest ever build in Latin America for this purpose.

Probably by the end of March they will be tested under load, hopefully meeting the expectations. Extra-heavy rubber linings and polyurethane screens have been utilized. The screeners can be electronically adjusted in their capacity, according to the feeding capacities.

Large screeners, apparently a trend for the 21 st century.

1 Partially assembling the screeners, which have a long way to go via Santos, Panama and to Arequipa in Peru.
2 Many components, a certain logistic is required, like tagging all parts. Takes a lot of time.
3 The slurry take up cones are the larger parts.
4 Awaiting the trucks, all parts identified after inspection by B. Veritas.
5 1/3 the scope off and away. Let us expect it all goes well on the full load screening trials in about a month or two.
