Giving up the Great Wall vibratory drives?

Recently the Mavi sales team has observed an increased interest in Vimot vibratory motors. As competing products from the Far East have literally been the number one in sales, apparently some problems with quality and technical assistance turned opinions into another direction, and Brazilian made drives are a must again.

Mavi introduced this kind of drive in 1961 and is the brand per centum sales leader since then.

Now in 2010 production has heavily increased, mainly larger and stronger drives are required, cast iron casings a must, sturdy bearing housings, of course C4 gap self compensating polyamid cages bearings, insulation class F or H and all 3.600 rpm drives with totally resine encased windings.

This is what makes the difference.

Replacement parts readily available, technical assistance all over Latin America and offering all the help necessary for the choice of the right drive, silo shaker, etc.

1 The castings containers are crowding the delivery area. Good sign.
2 Metallic covers awaiting to be machined at Mavi.
3 Machined bearing housings in stock for the next assembly.
4 Best bearings, special brand for vibratory equipment are the only choice.
5 Windings developed for Mavi by SEW from Germany and WEG are a must to ensure long lastings Vimot vibratory drives.
