The "easy" Mavi castings cooler is becoming a trend in Brazilian foundries. The simple maintenance, the automatic excess vibration dampers, the newly introduced stop-and-go operation for better performance mainly regarding large castings and the simplified water spray control have reduced the price for this equipment and new orders arrived.

Up to 25.000 mm long, now with special linings for total air contact all around the castings, cooling from 650 to 150 C or less, depending on the castings program.

The Mavi casting cooler is the better option, with local technical assistance and fast replacement parts available.
