A large chocolates manufacturer in Southeast Brazil now recycles all of the damaged packages by a modern air separation process, combined with gentle vibration.
Since 2009 the system succesfully operates.
A small Vibrapen screener from Mavi, continuously charged with the damaged chocolate packages by an electromagnetic Dosator mini-feeder, separates them by air suction and further separation is achieved inside a specially designed Mavi cyclone.
100% separations has been observed.
