Pioneiro, a large Brazilian recycling company received another furnace feeder for used car batteries. The basic Vical-T structure is of ASTM A-36 steel, lined with AISI 316L corrosion proof stainless steel. Painting with epoxidic resin in RAL 6011 color.

This Vical-T feeder is 800 mm wide and 4.800 mm long, total height with static charge container 2.100 mm. The overall empty weight is 4.000 Kg and two Vimot vibratory motors from Mavi, Type A-40-8 with 4,0 kW each are necessary to put the system to work.
