Railcar shakers Mavishake from Mavi.

For the speedy discharge of railcars for ore and grains with a little help from mechanical vibrations, Mavi has been supplying the Latin American railway companies, steel plants, grain processors and mining companies since 1990 with modern state-of-the art car-shakers.

Mavishake car shakers are a sturdy beam on which a vibratory drive Vimot type is attached, either electrically powered or alternatively hydraulically. The beam is placed by lateral guides onto the car and when powered up, gentle vibrations help discharge it.

The beams may be semi-stationary just moving up and down or be part of loading tractors, for better mobility.

For more on this, call Mavi.

For the use with tractors and backloaders moving alongside railcars, this lighter version, hydraulically driven, is recommended.
