Despite terrible and gigantic corruption scandals and payments halt from most Brazilian state owned companies (mainly Petrobras, the oil giant) and a drop of 17,8% in placed orders (2015) for the machine building branch, Mavi is moving on.

In a slower pace, advancing vaccation time to co-workers, reducing work time and extending payment conditions for customers.

From a top performance in 1991 with 122 employees, we are know only 50. Hopefully investments will pick up again and better times arrive. This lost decade  is really a heavy burden for Brazilian machine builders as well as the foundry branch, automobile manufacturers, home supply, etc.
