Since 1988 Mavi has developed an aluminum spray system for this metallic powder with the help of Revitran conveyors.

The melted aluminum is conducted through a spray system with highly compressed air and this "atomizing" process happens inside a special Revitran conveyor.

The powdered metal is collected and cooled, screened and ready for packing or further processing.

These giants, called internally "the locomotives" have replaced all other systems in use in Latin America, because of its simplicity, reliability and most important: no rotating parts in contact with the material stream, at any point.
