The gate which can be controlled at distance limits the proportion of the material stream onto the Vical-A feeder. The feeder acts as a natural equalizer, keeping the material stream steady, so the silo is uniformely discharged. The subsequent equipment like a belt or screw conveyors will not suffer sudden impact, which causes wear and drive problems.
