Since 2008 Mavi has managed to maintain its staff.

Many competing companies as well as the machine building industry in Brazil and neighbouring countries have promoted strong lay-offs, as business slowed constantly since then.

But somehow we managed to keep our people.

In the past the greater part of the equipment we build has happened under Mavi´s supervision at third parties. This has now diminished to only 30%.

Now most of our equipment sold is again made at our factory in São Paulo , Brazil.

Times have changed, let us hope the future will be brighter.
