One of Mavi´s busiest departments is headed by Mr. Nardelli since 1995 and probably the one which went through most changes, specially those regarding data processing and fulfilling all governamental regulations, one of Brazil´s major problems due to the excess of laws, rules and confusing directives.

With the help of Miss Sonia (financial area), Miss Cassia (fiscal and accounting) and Miss Fatima (delivery and accounts receivable), Mr. Nardelli has done an extraordinary job.

The introduction of a sophisticated supervisory management software and the concomitant streamlining and modernizing of existing procedures has allowed Mavi to fulfill all financial, fiscal and human resources requirements, with a very small staff.
