This April 2017, Mavi has sucessfully replaced a faulty screening machine which collapsed after only one year of operation. The longtime Mavi customer received the substituted European built machine with a small processing installation and asked us to replace this equipment, as it turned out not suited for the harsh environment and operating conditions.

The Vibrapen screener is a sturdy and simple equipment many times used in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean for foundry sand, gold mining, plastic pellets and raw sugar, as well as phospate rocks separation, hot sinter screening etc.

The original design was adapted for Latin American conditions sometimes with only poor maintenance available or distant operation sites. Extra-sturdy execution and long-time operating Vimot vibratory drives helped achieved Vibrapen screeners to be a common choice.
