The screeners Turbopen 065-S (0,65 square meters screening area) are running since last April 2004, control sifting up to 7 tonnes per hour (each) corn starch at 100 mesh screen opening (0,15 mm).

Five units are part of the screening assembly in order to assure no grains larger than 100 mesh reach the packaging area.

This way the important starch producer guarantees full quality to its product regarding size control.
