Vigrel DWF continuous shake-out stations are replacing older systems in many modern Brazilian foundries.
This July 2017, another station was delivered to a larger automotive parts foundry in the State of São Paulo. The Vigrel stations are normally consisting of two 1.800 x 6.500 mm individual shake-out conveyors, powered by two WA-3000 unbalanced drives.
Each drive can be slightly adjusted in its speed by inverters, so the angle of attack and the conveying speed is set while the set is operating. This is necessary to have the equipment tuned to the castings program.
