The electric controls for ELMAVI trough allow the regulation of the feed flow, that is, it allows the control of the hourly capacity.
The control box has an automatic electronic system that changes the frequency from 60 to 30Hz, inducing the electromagnet to 60 pulses per second, as the current reaches two maximums in each cycle. Since 60Hz does not allow the use of flat fiberglass springs (because they can deform), a system commanded by an integrated electronic circuit is installed that eliminates one of the maxima in each cycle, allowing the electromagnet to pulse at 30Hz. This frequency allows a good use of the amplitude, besides working with a very low noise level.
