Tuvimag

Tubos Vibratórios

São tubos eletromágneticos que, além da descarga, também dosam o material. Seu acionamento é regulado por meio de caixa de controle, obtendo-se desta forma vazões de 0 a 100%.

Electrical controls

The electric controls for TUVIMAG® tubes allow the regulation of the conveying flow, i.e., it allows the control of the hourly capacity.

The two electrical diagrams on the side show the set of components necessary for regulating the voltage supplied to the electromagnet of the VIMAG® vibrator.

The feeding current (60Hz) induces the electromagnet to 120 pulses per second because the current reaches two maximums in each cycle. Since 120 pulses does not allow enough amplitude for transporting materials through the tube, a diode is installed (see schematics) that eliminates one of the maxima in each cycle, allowing the electromagnet to pulse at 60Hz. This frequency allows good use of the amplitude.

There are two types of control, SX and SXD. The first allows the regulation in one stage only. The SXD has two stages, one commanded by switch l1, and the tube consequently has two hourly capacities (useful for feeding scales).

The TX series is similar to the SX series, except that it has a built-in voltage regulator. This avoids variations in hourly capacity due to a change in the external power supply network.

Below, on the side, are the dimensions of the different control boxes.
