Romav® rotary valves are constructed with cast iron housings or welded in stainless steel and its alloys. Machined on precision lathes, they have shielded bearings with no relubrication, extra-light rotor made of aluminum-silicon alloy, radial and lateral seals on the rotor made of optional materials such as polyethylene, Teflon or synthetic rubbers.

Drive is by means of SEW® geared motors - for models Romav and Romav Vario - and Varibloc SEW® geared motors - for models Romav Handy - with motors that can be ordered in the \"explosion-proof\"" category.
