The VIBRAMILL® vibratory drummers are used with great success in operations of Deburring, Pickling, Polishing, Rounding, Blasting, Honing, Grinding and Homogenizing of the most different types of materials, proving to be an efficient and economical equipment within its application range.

VIBRAMILL® tumblers operate with a load of abrasive or grinding bodies, which, due to friction with the parts, process the operations described above on the metallic or mineral parts introduced into the bucket.

It works through the action of a VIMOT® motor vibrator, which produces elliptical vibrations in the mill bucket, which transmits them to the content, forcing the load to describe a rotating movement around the longitudinal axis.

The high number of vibrating impulses causes additional grinding that is superior to conventional rotary mills when used for grinding, and shorter tumbling cycles if you are working with deburring or polishing parts.

The loading of the tumbler can be done during the service, through the top opening. The ground material without the grinding bodies is discharged through the rear mouth, which is equipped with a screen and quick-closing lid. The grinding bodies are discharged through the front mouth.

In deburring operation, the unloading of the finished parts must be processed manually.

Due to the vibratory system used, VIBRAMILL® tumblers do not need to be fixed in place of installation, making it unnecessary to build bases or foundations.

VIBRAMILL® vibrating tumblers, are available in the following models: 10L, 30L, 75L, 150L, 300L, 600L.

Optionally can be supplied:

• Carbon steel or stainless steel top cover.
• Inner lining in bolted steel sheets (RA/RF), or in abrasion resistant rubber (BA/BF).
• Pump recirculation system for liquids and detergents.
