The vibratory elevators can be supplied in several versions, depending on the process to which the product to be transported must be submitted.

The simple version, called MAVICOL SA®, has a simple and open spiral duct, as shown in the scheme. The same simple version, but totally closed, is called MAVICOL SF® and can be seen in the same scheme. The SF model is recommended for products that tend to propagate dust or that must be transported under appropriate atmospheres (inert gas, for example).

The MAVICOL RA® model is designed to cool or heat the product to be transported, using water (cold or hot). This runs in appropriate chutes, fixed below the conveyor chutes.

The MAVICOL RF® model (median diagram, right side) also has double chutes for cooling or heating, but are totally enclosed. Ideal for products that eventually spread dust, or that must be conducted under a certain atmosphere.

For products that must be cooled or heated by air flow, the MAVICOL AA® or MAVICOL AF® model is recommended. The AA type (last diagram on the left) has an open construction and air openings in the central tube. These openings give flow to the air injected into the central pipe, directing it against the product. The MAVICOL AF® system is equipped with the same type of cooling or heating but is of totally closed construction.
