Rotopen vibrating screens are universal machines for the classification and separation of all sieveable products, both in liquid or muddy state and in solid state. Their remarkable feature is that they can classify up to 5 fractions by means of 4 planes or screen frames, with or without discharge chutes.
Due to the fact that both the residence time of the material on the screen and its trajectory can be varied, Rotopen screens are predestined for the exact classification of products with small aperture widths (3 - 0.05 mm).
Good results in capacity and separation degree are obtained, provided that the sieve is adjusted according to the characteristics of each product to be sieved. See operation.
Rotopen sieves can thus be used for the continuous processing of products to be sieved or also for particle size analysis, working then with specified loads.
