The VIBRAPEN vibrating screen allows in general use the separation of solid, liquid and muddy materials. Applications include foundry sand, including synthetic (furan) sand, gravel, ores, crushed stone, sugar cane, clay in water suspension, etc.

Its main features include:

One-deck screen (a screen plane) tilted slightly in order to facilitate the transport of the material over the screen. The screen plane is secured longitudinally with tensioning screws at the back. This allows easy removal, exchange or re-tensioning of the screen.

Activated by 2 VIMOT vibrators of our manufacture, totally shielded and without internal ventilation.

Arrangement on rubber springs in order to avoid the propagation of vibrations to the foundation or structure on which it is installed.

It allows easy adaptation of accessories, such as a dust cover, an opening for attaching an exhaust fan, as well as other optional extras.
