The VIPROC vibrating fluidized bed is extremely versatile equipment, easily found in foundries (for cooling sand used in molds), in sugar mills (for cooling / drying the sugar itself ), in seedbeds (to control internal humidity and seed cooling) and also in biological control companies.
The equipment basically consists of a vibrating box, driven by motovibrators or resonant drive, with ventilation bottom and one or more inlets for air supply, which can be introduced at room temperature, cooled by means of a chiller< /i>, or even resistance-heated or gas-heated. A hood with nozzles is also provided for exhausting the insufflated air, which after the thermal exchange needs to be renewed.
For the control and quality of the final product, temperature sensors (thermocouple) are positioned both at the beginning of the bed and at the end, in addition to material layer sensors.
