Insensitive to high temperatures, they carry very high capacities with low energy costs. They are synchronized to work close to the resonant frequency.
Applications
Sugar
The sugar industry is one of the most well-established application areas for REVITRAN® resonance conveyors. This equipment was introduced in Brazil in 1978 to replace "grasshopper-type" chutes installed beneath centrifuges processing raw, VHP, and crystal sugar. Depending on their specifications, these conveyors can handle capacities of up to 100,000 bags per day. Sugar-contact surfaces can be finished in stainless steel. The equipment is also suitable for transporting chopped sugarcane at receiving stations and for sugar screening.
