The table below shows, depending on the centrifugal forces available, the LuftMax® vibrators that can be chosen.

Some considerations should be made:

(a) Roller rotors have slow start-up at low pressures (less than 4 bar).

b) Ball rotor models have a quick start and reach higher frequencies (models E-50 and E-80).

c) For compacting and deaerating, high frequency is used.

d) For conveying, low frequency (less than 10,000 rpm) is recommended, as for screening applications.

There are not, strictly speaking, any precise rules, but we will cite some to help you choose.
