In the case of concrete forms the motovibrators should always be mounted equally spaced so that the whole set is vibrated equally.
The frequency should be as high as possible, preferably close to 6,000 vibrations per minute.
The calculation for the system is a very simple rule: for each kilogram of the form-concrete assembly equals one kilogram of centrifugal force developed by the vibration motor.
If for example we have a concrete pipe form with a weight of 100kg and 300kg of concrete, we have to compact it with a Vimot® motovibrator whose centrifugal force is approximately 400kgf.
It is recommended to distribute the vibratory impact through several vibratory units (motovibrators) Vimot® in the case of concrete forms for better penetration.
It is suggested for example, in the case in question, the use of two Vimot® motovibrators with impact close to 200kgf (centrifugal force) instead of one.
