One of the broadest uses of vibratory equipment and therefore of motor vibrators are the so-called vibratory drummers. Semicircular buckets, loaded with abrasive chips in the form of cones or sticks, sometimes flints, in continuous motion caused by vibrations, allow the surface grinding of metal parts (buckles, cutlery, engine parts, etc.) without human interference and subsequent polishing (through immersion in a bath of steel balls, also in vibrating motion).
The polished metal products can also be dried by the same process when immersed in a corn cob mill, and irradiated by infrared lamps. All tumblers can be equipped with Vimot® motor vibrators. They are undeniably simpler in use and maintenance than the complex eccentric systems with bearings incorporated into the stoiler.
